As Brand Ambassadors for Red Aspen, we share innovative, skin-healthy beauty products with our customers and work directly with them to help meet their needs. We guide them on what products work best for their skin, share how to apply the products, and offer support along with way. You have the option to enroll others under you and build a team, but that is not required. Stepping into a leadership role and mentoring other women on their own journey is nothing short of amazing.

What is the cost to join?
There are two ways to rep with us; join as a Brand Ambassador-starting at $49, or as an affiliate which is free! As a Brand Ambassador, you will receive a business starter kit filled with beauty products to get you started! There is a $8.99/month back office and website fee.
What are the benefits of becoming a Brand Ambassador?
~25%-35% commission on all sales.
~No inventory, no hidden fees
~Custom website link, free the first three months.
~Earn FREE makeup from sales and purchases. Host parties for customers, this allows them to earn free products and you to build your customer base. ~To stay active, sell $240 in a 6-month timespan. This includes your own purchases so it’s easy peasy!
~If you decide to build a team, you can earn an additional 1%-10% from team’s sales.
~Red Aspen handles all shipping and handling, customer returns, and customer service.
~Earn dollar for dollar on each sale.
~Detailed onboarding training, so you can hit the ground running.
~Earn incentive trips each year, bonuses and gifts for hitting business milestones.
What kind of training is available?
There are an amazing number of resources from Red Aspen, as well as from our team. This include corporate and team trainings, a team app, support chats, Facebook groups, and events. You can dive right in as soon as you join! Our team is an amazing group of kind and supportive women!
You do not need to be a makeup artist or have special training to be successful. If you are willing to step out of your comfort zone, are coachable, and motivated, the sky’s the limit! It all depends on what you want out of this program, from earning extra spending money to running your business full-time, it’s all up to you. We are here to support you on your journey.
